Outdoor Performances

AO exclusively performs outdoors at various locations throughout a theatrical run. As such, there are inherent risks that may not be controlled by AO or its staff. These may include, but are not limited to: unforeseen changes in weather; bites or stings from insects; interactions with wild and domesticated animals; and minor injuries received during performances due to uneven ground or from natural elements such as rocks, trees, water, etc….

Every effort will be made to clearly point out any known problems during onsite rehearsals and on the day of performances. As a result, the performance may be altered, revised, or moved to accommodate. Performances will start, or continue, as scheduled regardless of current or changing mild or moderate weather conditions. In the event of severe weather conditions, a suitable indoor or outdoor covered locale will be used. If none are available, the performance will be canceled and rescheduled, if needed.
